Michigan Golf Courses by City

Golf is like hockey, right? Sure, in your Happy Gilmore dreams. But the state that has cheered the Detroit Redwings to 11 Stanley Cup championships also has some fantastic golfing venues. One of the best known courses is Warwick Hills, the site of the PGA sanctioned Buick Open since 1978. Courses favored by Michigan golfers, and those who travel there to play, include the Bay Harbor Golf Club (called “the Pebble Beach of the Midwest” by some), Arcadia Bluffs in Arcadia where the fairways border Lake Michigan, and Black Lake, a semi-private course in Onaway.
